Delivery:

Delivery times range from two days to two weeks. Some pieces may be in ready to be shipped immediately, while others may be handmade to order.

Payment:

Payments can be accepted via Square, Paypal, Venmo and Zelle. For custom pieces 50% is due at the time of order and the remaining balance prior to shipping of the finished piece.

Shipping

All orders > $200 are insured and shipped by USPS Priority Mail and are charged at $20.

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. You may exchange a piece for credit toward another purchase under the following guidelines:

1) Gabrielle Heilek Studio must be contacted to request a return for credit BEFORE the item is shipped back.

2) The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition. Shipping is non-refundable.

Care and Cleaning

Gently brush textured & oxidized sterling silver with a soft brush and soapy water. All other surfaces, including 14 karat gold, may be polished with a jewelry polishing cloth. Liquid dips and polishing creams are not recommended.

Handmade Jewelry

Each piece is handcrafted and unique, and therefore will vary slightly in form and texture.
